What I do

I serve as AVP & Principal in Genpact's Retail Applied Advisory practice, where I work with retail and CPG executives on AI-driven transformation — modernizing measurement stacks, rewiring omnichannel operations, and closing the signal-to-action loop. I also co-founded GTMify.io, a B2B go-to-market platform that operationalizes outbound, RevOps, and AI-agent orchestration for founders and revenue teams.

Three pillars

Everything I work on sits at the intersection of three things. None is unique on its own; the combination is.

Go-to-market systems. Most GTM strategies fail not from lack of effort but from lack of system. I engineer unified revenue engines — outbound, RevOps, measurement, content, and channel execution wired into a single intelligent workflow. Fragmented tactics, no matter how well-run individually, lose to integrated systems every time. This is the primary craft.

AI and agentic strategy — with execution. The AI work is not advisory-only. I run the agentic stack I advise on. Through GTMify I design, deploy, and operate AI agents across the revenue motion — AI-drafted outbound, autonomous prospect research, closed-loop optimization, content generation tied to measurable campaign signal. Strategy without execution is a slide deck. I keep both in the same hands.

Retail and CPG domain depth. 25 years across retail, consumer goods, and retail-adjacent manufacturing. I understand how retailers actually measure, how CPG brands actually go to market, what breaks at scale, and where AI meaningfully changes margin versus where it is pilot theater. Domain is the difference between a take that sounds smart and a take a CDO can act on Monday morning.
