I get hired because I run the agentic stack I advise on. Strategy without execution is a slide deck. The list below is what's actually in production today — not what's in a vendor pitch deck.
Production stack
The tools I touch on a daily-or-weekly cadence across active client engagements. Organized the same way the GTMify reference architecture organizes them — because that’s the architecture I help operate.
AI & agents
| Tool | Role in production |
|---|---|
| Claude (Code, API, MCP) | Daily driver. Code-mode for engineering work, API for production agents, MCP for tool access. Fluent in eval design, prompt caching, system-prompt hardening. |
| Anthropic SDK | Direct Claude API integration for production agents — prompt caching, structured outputs, tool use, streaming. |
| OpenRouter | Multi-model gateway. Routes prospect-specific copy across 200+ models when Claude isn't the right fit for the job. |
| Manus | Deep company research at scale. Long-horizon agentic research for ICP modeling and account intelligence. |
| Octave | Prospect-specific copy generation. Voice-constrained variants tied to ICP, persona, and value prop. |
| OpenAI Codex CLI | Adversarial second opinion on engineering work — independent diff review, "challenge mode" for breaking my own code, consult mode for architecture decisions. |
| Paperclip | AI agent control plane. 45+ agent org chart organized into Revenue / Delivery / Growth / Intelligence / Operations departments. Where agentic decisions get made before Trigger.dev / n8n executes them. |
| MCP (Model Context Protocol) | 35+ MCP-connected services running in production. Custom MCP servers for proprietary CRM data, workflow surfaces, and KG retrieval. |
Orchestration & execution
| Tool | Role in production |
|---|---|
| n8n | Visual orchestration for SaaS chains — webhooks, CRM sync, content pipelines, Meeting Prep. Daily across Lantern + GTMify + scottwueschinski.com. |
| Trigger.dev | Durable execution for long-running and LLM retry loops — autogtm copy gen, Claudeopedia ingestion, batch fan-out, HITL gates. |
| Cloudflare Workers | Edge compute for microsites, APIs, MCP servers, Durable Objects-backed state. |
| Supabase Edge Functions | Serverless TypeScript runtime sitting next to the data — KB retrieval, hybrid search, lightweight agent endpoints. |
| Vercel | Edge deployment for personal sites + microsites. Astro + Next.js + serverless API routes. |
| Railway | Paperclip control plane hosting + managed Postgres for the agent org chart. |
Data & lists
| Tool | Role in production |
|---|---|
| Apollo.io | ICP search, list building, contact enrichment. |
| LinkedIn Sales Navigator | Advanced people search and lead lists — first-party LinkedIn surface. |
| Vayne | Sales Navigator scraping & enrichment via API. |
| Captain Data | LinkedIn extraction primitives — profile activity, post commenters, post likers — called from n8n / Trigger.dev. |
| Ocean.io | Lookalike company discovery for ICP expansion. |
| Sumble | Lead sourcing and prospecting. |
| Discolike | Lookalike account discovery — natural-language + domain matching across 60M+ companies. |
| ZoomInfo | Genpact-only — paired with Apollo on enterprise advisory engagements when ZoomInfo is the contractual data layer. |
Enrichment waterfall
| Tool | Role in production |
|---|---|
| Brandfetch | Logo, domain, and firmographic kickoff — first step in the cascade. |
| Signaliz | GTM enrichment — primary cascade entry. 66-tool surface via JSON-RPC. |
| Deepline | Routed second-layer waterfall — orchestrates Leadmagic, Prospeo, BetterContact, PDL by signal. |
| Leadmagic | Email discovery layer inside the Deepline cascade. |
| Prospeo | B2B verified-lead lookups — runs inside the routed Deepline step. |
| BetterContact | Multi-source contact enrichment — fallback inside the cascade. |
| People Data Labs | Identity graph + reverse-lookup-from-personal-email path. |
| BounceBan | Bounce verification and catch-all detection — last step before send. |
Intent & signals
| Tool | Role in production |
|---|---|
| RB2B | Website visitor deanonymization for on-site intent. |
| Delivr.ai | Identity resolution — on-site signals + off-site contact monitoring. |
| Common Room | Customer intelligence — community, product, and social intent signals. |
| Gojiberry | Competitor engagement signals + LinkedIn DM sequencing. |
| Warmly | Website visitor auto-trigger and chat for hot intent. |
| PitchGhost | Prospect content monitoring — comments, likes, posts on ICP accounts. |
Outbound & channels
| Tool | Role in production |
|---|---|
| Reply.io | Email + LinkedIn automation. Campaign sequences, reply intent classification. |
| Lemlist | Multi-channel email + LinkedIn sequences with ICP-tier branching. |
| Instantly | Cold email infrastructure & sending at volume. |
| ScaledMail | Email infrastructure, warmup, and inbox provisioning. |
| MailReef | Email infrastructure & deliverability. |
| Masterinbox | Unified inbox across email + LinkedIn + SMS + WhatsApp + phone. |
| HeyReach | LinkedIn outreach automation for high-volume ABM motions. |
| SuperGrow | LinkedIn content publishing + audience warm-up. 4–6 weeks of authority content before any campaign launches. |
CRM & data platform
| Tool | Role in production |
|---|---|
| Clarify CRM | AI-native CRM for GTMify. Webhook-driven workflows, embedded scoring agents, unified inbox handoff. |
| HubSpot | Mid-market client CRM integrations. Custom workflows + Claude-driven scoring. |
| Salesforce | Enterprise client CRM integrations (working knowledge — defer to Apex specialists for deep customization). |
| Supabase | Postgres + Edge Functions + RLS + pgvector. Source of truth for agent state, dedup logs, knowledge bases, and per-workspace data. |
| Snowflake | Enterprise data warehouse work — auth scoping, audit-trail-ready schemas, governed RAG. |
| PostHog | Product analytics, feature flags, session replay for GTM apps and microsites. |
| Claudeopedia (Obsidian KG) | 2,600+ entity Obsidian-backed knowledge graph. Version-controlled in git, indexed in Supabase, dual-synced across the team. |
Research & content
| Tool | Role in production |
|---|---|
| Firecrawl | Search + scrape for content pipelines, account research, and agent context retrieval. |
| Apify | Web scraping primitives when Firecrawl isn't enough — long-running browser actors. |
| Exa | Semantic web search for agent-driven research — better than keyword search for "find competitors of X". |
| agent-browser | Ref-based headless browser automation. ~10× cheaper than screenshot-driven Playwright for agentic flows. |
Front door & ops
| Tool | Role in production |
|---|---|
| PlatformOS / SiteGlide | app.gtmify.io and gtmify.io hosting — Liquid + GraphQL + Tailwind on a managed multi-tenant runtime. |
| Cloudflare DNS / CDN | DNS, CDN, TLS, and edge security across every property. |
| Stripe | Subscription + invoice automation for fractional engagements. |
| DocuSeal | Contract signing and document workflows. Replaced PandaDoc for GTMify's e-signature surface. |
| Slack | Real-time alerts, escalation channels for agentic workflows, team coordination. |
| Linear | PlatformOS engineering task tracking — anything that ships to app.gtmify.io. |
| ClickUp | Operations, client delivery, and cross-team task tracking — anything that doesn't ship to PlatformOS. |
| GitHub | Source control, PR-driven content publishing, CI/CD via Vercel + Cloudflare. |
Daily-driver personal tools
| Tool | Role in production |
|---|---|
| Wispr Flow | Voice-to-text dictation across every app. Faster than typing for everything from Slack to long-form drafts. Daily. |
| Kondo | LinkedIn inbox triage and reply discipline — keeps social-selling responses from disappearing into the noise. |
| Vimcal | Calendar with shortcut-driven scheduling. Cuts the time-to-meeting overhead that ate ~30 min/day in the old workflow. |
| Stable | Virtual mailing address + business mail handling. Single mailing address across every business filing. |
| Notion | Personal docs and lightweight workspace. Public-facing project notes that don't need Obsidian's graph. |
| Raycast | Mac launcher + shortcut surface. Snippets, clipboard history, AI prompts, window management — daily. |
| Granola | Meeting transcription + notes. Lighter-weight alternative to Circleback for solo calls. |
| Superhuman | Email client. Speed of inbox triage that the regular Gmail web UI can't match. |
| Mercury | Business banking for GTMify. Treasury sweeps, multi-user controls, native API for ops automation, and clean Stripe payout integration. |
Tools I’ve used and recommend
Not in active production today, but evaluated, used, or recommended at the right stage. Listed here because the recommendation still stands — if any of these fit your situation better than what’s in the production stack above, the link gets you the same way.
| Tool | How I’ve used it |
|---|---|
| EasyGen | AI-driven LinkedIn content generation. Used during early POV experimentation; SuperGrow ultimately replaced it for cadence work. |
| FullEnrich | Email + phone waterfall enrichment. Evaluated against the Signaliz/Deepline cascade — strong on personal phones, fine fallback option. |
| Findymail | Email finder + verification. Single-source alternative to running the full enrichment cascade — good fit when you need a quick find without Signaliz/Deepline complexity. |
| Attio | Modern CRM. Evaluated as a Clarify/HubSpot alternative for early-stage teams — clean object model and customization model. |
| Autobound | AI prospect research + email gen. Evaluated against Octave — Octave won on voice-fidelity, Autobound is solid for high-volume tactical email. |
| GetSales | LinkedIn outreach automation. Evaluated as a HeyReach alternative — narrower feature set, simpler price point. |
| Cassidy AI | No-code AI workflow builder. Used for client-facing assistant prototypes before moving the production work to Claude Code + n8n. |
| Make | Visual automation. Evaluated as a Zapier/n8n alternative — fine for one-off integrations, n8n won for production. |
| Circleback | Meeting transcription + AI notes. Used heavily in 2025; the Clarify-native transcription pipeline replaced it for client work. |
| Marblism | AI app generator. Evaluated for rapid client-facing prototypes — interesting for proof-of-concept work. |

What I won't pretend to build
Native mobile, deep ML training, distributed systems engineering, smart contracts. I'll point you at someone better if your work needs those.
Why this matters when you hire me
Most "AI consultants" recommend tools they haven't deployed. I deploy the ones I recommend — including the ones I recommend against. When I tell you a vendor is wrong for your stage, I've watched it fail in production for someone in your stage.
Engagements run through Stravonvale, the advisory firm I co-founded with Josh Carter.
